About the Author:
I am a PhD candidate in music theory in Montreal, Quebec. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, I am so grateful to have grown up eating lots of incredible food, thanks to the wonderful culinary skills of my parents, grandparents, aunt, uncles, and friends, as well as lots of travel through Europe, USA, Canada, and Asia. I have had celiac disease for almost my entire love and love creating gluten free versions of typically gluten-filled foods (without compromising on taste or nutrition).
